Subsidiary

The principal subsidiary of CEB is Credit Europe Life Ltd.  

Credit Europe Life Ltd. is 100% owned subsidiary of CEB established in 2007 with the purpose of providing a wide range of life insurance services. The entity obtained its insurance license on 28 February 2008.
