Requirements for getting bank guarantee or LC

Requirements for customers:

•        Borrower: legal entity, individual entrepreneur or physical person - founder of the business;
•        Permanent registration of a borrower within 150 km from a branch of the Bank;
•        The period of break-even business (according to management accounting) - minimum 12 months;
•        Age of the owner (s) of a business - from 25 to 60 years;
•        Absence of negative credit history;
•        Absence of claims and sanctions from the tax and other authorities;
•        Absence of the list of card catalogue about unpaid documents for current accounts in Banks.

We finance companies and individual entrepreneurs engaged in either business, apart from the following activities:

•        Agriculture and livestock;
•        Operations on the stock exchange and money markets;
•        Gambling;
•        Media, apart from publishing organizations;
•        Production or trade of weapons and military equipment;
•        Production or trade of radioactive materials;
•        Manufacture of pharmaceutical products that are unallowed or removed from production in accordance with international standards;
•        Production or trade in pesticides / herbicides, which are unallowed or removed from production in accordance with international standards;
•        Production or trade of chemical components that destroy the ozone, and which are removed from production in accordance with international standards.

Possible types of the collateral:

•        Real estate;
•        Vehicles;
•        Equipment;
•        Deposit in CREDIT EUROPE BANK Ltd.
•        Surety of business owners;
•        Surety of other companies;
