Terms of use of the mobile application Credit Europe Bank (Russia) Ltd
These Terms of Use of the Credit Europe Bank (Russia) Ltd. mobile application apply to all information that Joint Stock Company Credit Europe Bank (Russia), 141090, Moscow, Olympic Avenue, Bldg. 14 (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) may receive about the user during their use of this application.Installation of the Credit Europe Bank (Russia) Ltd. mobile application and its use constitutes the user's unconditional consent to the provisions of these Terms. If the user does not agree with the Terms, the use of the mobile application must be immediately discontinued.
The Credit Europe Bank (Russia) Ltd. mobile application allows users to interact with the Bank both within the framework of a concluded remote banking service agreement (hereinafter referred to as the RBS agreement), and without concluding such an agreement, while without concluding a RBS agreement, the mobile application allows you to receive only reference information about the Bank, branches and ATMs of the Bank, and exchange rates. The Bank ensures the confidentiality of information received from users of the mobile application. These Terms and Conditions define the list of data that may be received from users; the purposes for which personal information of users may be requested; and the methods for processing this data.
The information of users received and used, as well as the purposes for which it is used.
The Bank collects user information for the following purposes:
• providing users with information about the services provided by the Bank and the products offered by the Bank;
• carrying out financial transactions;
• complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• carrying out technical management of the mobile application and improving the operation of the mobile application;
• improving the efficiency of doing business, in particular for the further development of relations with the user;
• conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, user information means personal information that the user provided to the Bank:
• upon concluding a remote banking agreement;
• upon self-registration via Internet banking;
• when making financial transactions;
• automatically transmitted data during the use of the mobile application, such as: IP address, information about the mobile device from which access is performed, device location data.
When using the mobile application, the following information may be requested and received:
User information.
When registering under the RBS agreement, the Bank uses identification information about the user: full name, date of birth, phone number, bank card number and other information specified in the RBS agreement.
Mobile device information. The Bank collects data about users' mobile devices, such as the mobile device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network data and mobile phone number. In addition, the device identifier and mobile phone number may be linked to the user account.
With separate consent from the user, the mobile application may access:
• information about the user's contacts (phone and/or address book, contacts on the mobile device) for convenient filling in of fields in the mobile application;
• a mobile device camera for automatic scanning and recognition of payment card data or barcodes.
Location information.
The mobile application supports the function of determining the geographic location of the user's mobile device, which allows the Bank to receive information about the actual location of the user, including GPS data sent by the mobile device.
This information is used to provide the ability to conveniently find the addresses of the Bank's branches and ATMs using the google.maps and apple.maps services. Using this function means the user's consent to the terms of use of the above services, published on the Internet at the addresses respectively:

Information about transactions performed. When making payments for goods and services, money transfers and other financial transactions, the Bank collects data on the place, time and amount of the transactions, data on the seller and/or service provider, descriptions of the purpose of the transaction, as well as other information related to the above transactions.
Provision of user information to third parties The Bank does not provide user information to companies and individuals except in the cases listed below.
I. The User has given their consent to this. In order for the Bank to provide users' information to companies and individuals, additional consent from users is requested. These companies and individuals are obliged to adhere to the confidentiality provisions established by this document and are responsible to the Bank.
II. As required by applicable law. The Bank provides users' information if the receipt, use or disclosure of such information is necessary for the purpose of:
• compliance with and observance of applicable law, court decisions or compliance with the legal requirements of government agencies;
• detection, prevention or other prevention of fraud, as well as elimination of technical failures or security issues;
• protection of the rights and interests of the Bank, within the limits permitted by applicable law. The Bank may provide generalized anonymized user data to partners, such as publishers, advertisers, etc. (for example, for the purpose of conducting statistical and other research).
Security measures used to maintain confidentiality of information The Bank takes all possible measures to ensure the security and protection of user information from unauthorized attempts to access, modify, disclose or destroy, as well as other types of improper use. In particular,
The Bank is constantly improving the methods of collecting, storing and processing data, including physical security measures, to counteract unauthorized access to the Bank's systems for the purpose of theft of property, phishing and other types of fraud. The Bank also limits access to user information for employees, contractors and agents, provides for strict contractual obligations in the field of confidentiality, for the violation of which there are penalties, including fines.
The safety of using the mobile application also depends on the user's compliance with the recommendations, which can be found on the official website of the Bank. The user must keep the login and password for entering the mobile application secret from third parties, do not leave the mobile device unattended, set a password for entering the mobile device. The User undertakes to immediately notify the Bank of any case of unauthorized use of his login and password or suspicion of such use.
